Consider the following: regulating the pool for adults and requiring kids to be in the kid pool. More chair space around the pool. Song playlists or a DJ by the adult pool. Having the bar available for couples daily and in evening. Maybe even some dancing. Maybe themes for weekends. Definitely consider becoming all inclusive I would pay extra to not have to pay my tab at the end of the vacation. I did a majority of my drinking and eating at the hotel because it was so delicious! And in reply to all of the people who complained about having to pay for everything...it's business don't expect anything free.

Las habitaciones bien climatizada pero estan faltas de mantenimiento,las losas del baño con moho y rotas ,no suficientes tallas,la puerta de la entreda estaba rota tuve que llamar para que la arreglaran,el area de desayuno si aire acondicionado con el techo roto y ventiladores que no funcionaban,el desayuno lo mismo en los 5 dias y se acababan rapido las cosas y no muy buena calidad,nos sacaban mas temprano de la piscina,las toallas de la piscina con un color horrible y los señores de seguridad te cuestionaban como si fueras delincuente, un calor horrible en todo el hotel donde unico hay aire acondicionado es en las habitaciones y el restaurante. No recomiendo este hotel a nadie.en la habitación de mi amiga encotro cucarachas

The attention is EXCELLENT. They are well staff and the staff is AVAILABLE 24x7. The pool is super clean, and nice. The crowed also is good looking and behaves.

Saw so many reviews about how bad it was so I was a little nervous to take my girlfriend but the place was beautiful and clean. There was some construction but nothing inconvenient

THE things I didn't like was the charges that they try to make you pay when you leave and you didn't use any extra services. They couldn't tell me what the charges was for. I think they had two rooms mixed up.

Lovely hotel with excellent pools and kids water park. Staff is friendly and professional. Hotel has its own taxi service which is super convenient. Room was clean but a bit small and layout a bit funky. Shower could use an update but it not terrible. Breakfast was good, they had a variety of different dishes everyday. Pharmacy and restaurants at walking distance. You feel safe outside. Downside, ocean is not accessible with hotel but it is at a walking distance. The AC never turns off unless you manually turn it off. We stayed a whole week. Overall, I would recommend hotel.

Could have been better
Had trouble from the very beginning. I called the day before my trip to find out about the shuttle service, and i was told i had to call 3 days before my trip to get it. At check in even thought i am a US citizen i was told i had to pay the 19% resident tax. Apparently my US passport was not enough. Those 2 things aside. The hotel room was great, the view was great. The staff was not so friendly, pool closes at 8pm, if it rains, you are not allowed into the pool. I guess is a fair value for what you pay, but i dont think ill be staying there again.

I liked the hotel. It had nice pools and was close to the airport. Getting transportation was always easy. The gym was alright - they need to update some of their equipment, especially their barbell and dumbbell equipment. At check in they tried to charge us about $50 extra for taxes because we had locals staying in one room. It didn't make sense because I was paying for both rooms with my own money, and I don't see why it mattered who was staying in the room. It made for an uncomfortable check-in process. Other than the bad check-in, everything else about the hotel was pretty good.

Overall the staff was great, Angel at the front desk was very helpful, bell boys at the concierge office were very helpful telling us where to go and what activities were good. however, one staff at the front desk was not only rude and condescending, but extremely unhelpful, its like she went out of her way to deny simple requests that other front desk staff had no issues facilitating. Overall the hotel is OK

The hotel is nice, the area is quiet, the food is tasty, one pool area was under renovation, and for that reason they compensated us by taking us to Takurika one morning, which was nice. The room was clean and had an acceptable size. When we had a problem, they solved it immediately, the attention was very good and they were very friendly. We ate quite a bit at the hotel and found everything very tasty.The hotel does need an improvement in its facilities, but for the price it is very good.

Very disappointed. The reason I booked the hotel was because of the water park. The children's pool and the children's playground. The water park does not exist. The playground does not exist. The children's pool is out of service. The door to room broken. Balcony door soo stiff. Room service very slow. Super exspesive mini bar.
